
Juçaí began in 2007 as an environmental project to protect the Atlantic Forest and the Juçara palm from extinction. It became a commercial entity in 2009, expanding with a new factory in 2019 following an investor acquisition.
Today, Juçaí offers a range of all-natural açaí sorbets, including its signature pure unsweetened pulp, all sourced sustainably from Brazil’s Atlantic Forest. The company collaborates with local communities to ensure responsible harvesting while delivering nutrient-rich products to markets worldwide. Juçaí’s efforts also preserve biodiversity by leaving a third of each tree’s fruit for wildlife, supporting the forest’s delicate ecosystem.
